Data Collected During Color Memory Game Sessions
Color Lock is designed to be lightweight on data. We do not require you to create an account. The information that may be collected includes:
- Game session data— Score, mode, and round results stored temporarily in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share a result.
- Nickname / handle — If you enter a display name to share a score, it is included only in the share URL you generate and is not stored on our servers.
- Usage analytics — We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as page view counts) to understand overall traffic. No personally identifiable information is collected for this purpose.
- Ad network data — We display third-party advertisements via Adsterra. These ad partners may collect pseudonymous identifiers and browsing signals subject to their own privacy policies (see Section 5).
3. Cookies and Local Storage
How Color Guessing Game Progress Is Saved
Color Lock uses browser local storage to remember your daily game state so you do not lose progress if you refresh the page. We do not set first-party tracking cookies. Third-party ad networks served on the site may set their own cookies; you can manage or disable these through your browser settings.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and improve game features and performance
- To generate shareable score cards when you request them
- To display relevant advertisements that support free access

We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Color Lock integrates the following external services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

- Vercel— Hosting provider. Infrastructure logs (IP addresses, request metadata) may be retained for security purposes per Vercel's policy.
6. Children's Privacy
Color Lock is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact contact@dialedggcolor.com and we will delete it promptly.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
